  • When will my pre-oder order ship?
    Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items. You will be notified via email if your pre-order date is changed. You will be charged for this item at checkout and it will ship out once we have available stock. If you would like to make changes to your pre-order before the estimated ship date, please contact our customer service team at ngwestudio@gmail.com
  • Can I pick up locally?
    Local DMV Pickups are available and the option is available in the cart.
  • What is the return policy?
    We are happy to issue a exchange or refund for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags attached. All merchandise should be returned within 14 days after delivery for a different size, style or refund. Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
